Return Policy: The product may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
Defective Disc: We will replace any one disc free of charge without the need for you to ship the defective disc back to us for up to a year from purchase date. If you believe you have multiple defects you may return them for an exchange.
Christmas & Other Gifts Return Policy: Please indicate in the comments area of the checkout page that the item you purchased is intended as a gift. The 30 day return period will be extended from the date you specify.
Purchase of $50 or more will not be charged for shipping via USPS media mail service in the US only! All of our other shipping methods are charged normally. In the event an item is returned for refund and the purchaser was not charged shipping initially, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost at that time.
How long will it take to get your order:
"Media Mail" - 24 to 48 hours for processing + 2 to 9 business days for shipping = 3 to 11 total business days
"Priority Mail" - 24 to 48 hours for processing + 1 to 3 business days for shipping = 2 to 5 total business days
