Will my order arrive by Christmas? YES, if you select the appropriate shipping method that takes into consideration the amount of time available till christmas. UPS Is recommended for prompt delivery. USPS Media Mail is not recommended within 3 weeks of Christmas and at no time do we guarantee a specific delivery date by USPS or UPS.
Quality: We guarantee the quality of all our products. If one of our products does not function to your satisfaction, please inform us of the problem and we will replace the disk at no charge.

Return Policy: The product may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. In the case of “Media Mail” on orders over $50, $9.99 of the order will not be refunded.
Defective Disc: We will replace any one disc free of charge without the need for you to ship the defective disc back to us for up to a year from purchase date. If you believe you have multiple defects you may return them for an exchange.
Christmas & Other Gifts Return Policy: Please indicate in the comments area of the checkout page that the item you purchased is intended as a gift. The 30 day return period will be extended from the date you specify. Not to exceed a total of 2 ½ months.
Purchase of $50 or more will not be charged for shipping via USPS media mail service in the US only! All of our other shipping methods are charged normally. In the event an item is returned for refund and the purchaser was not charged shipping initially, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost at that time.

"Media Mail" - Orders are possessed & Shipped the following Business day. Expect an average of 2 to 9 business days for Delivery. We guarantee delivery within 30 days of shipment.
"Priority Mail" - Orders are possessed & Shipped the following Business day. Expect an average of 1 to 3 business days for Delivery. We guarantee delivery within 30 days of shipment.
What happens if I don't get my order? All orders are shipped with Tracking and delivery confirmation. In the event an item does not arrive within 30 days of the shipping date, we will resend your order at NO-Charge Priority mail.
International Shipping rates: Free Shipping promotions do not apply.
We charge a flat rate for single orders of $19.00 to Canada and $25.00 to the rest of the world.
