Return Policy: The product may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Returns should be sent with delivery confirmation and well packaged. Shipping charges are not refundable.  In the case of “Media Mail” on orders over $50, $9.99 of the order will not be refunded.

International Shipping rates: Free Shipping promotions do not apply.
We charge a flat rate for single orders of $19.00 to Canada and $25.00 to the rest of the world.

Christmas & Other Gifts Return Policy: Please indicate in the comments area of the checkout page that the item you're purchasing is intended as a gift. The 30 day return period will be extended from the date you specify. Not to exceed a total  of  2 ½ months.

Will my order arrive by Christmas? YES, if you select the appropriate shipping method that takes into consideration the amount of time available till christmas. UPS Is recommended for prompt delivery. USPS Media Mail is not recommended within 3 weeks of Christmas and at no time do we guarantee a specific delivery date by USPS or UPS.

Shipping: All orders are shipped with Tracking and delivery confirmation. In the event an item does not arrive within 30 days of the shipping date, we will resend your order at NO-Charge Priority mail.

We do not charge any hidden fees for our products or services. You are charged only what you see during checkout at the time of purchases.

All international orders are sent return receipt requested. This is to help reduce the possibility of complications. If you do not get your order, a replacement will be sent at no charge to you. Please allow extra time for shipping internationally.

Most of our products & films have been compiled from original film footage that is decades old. For this reason, we would hope that you would take that into consideration when the quality of some films is not what it once was. This having been said, most collectors find that our collections have excellent picture quality. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for a refund.

Most of our films are public domain footage, no longer considered copyrighted, however, some of our films are copyrighted and being resold through our store. If you believe we have infringed on your copyright in some way, please provide proof of ownership and we will terminate any abuses of your property immediately.

Our DVD Collections are produced using Grade A DVD-R and/or DL DVD's. All our DVD's are region free or region 1. All our DVD's are comparable with most 97% DVD formats.
